Well run dealer service department, prompt and friendly staff, and a comfortable waiting area. The service writer explained what was being done and there were no surprises. Took about an hour and a half for oil change and tire rotation, plus carwash.

Took my car in for a oil change, tire rotation, brake flush, coolant flush, and inspection. They tell me my car is fine and doesn't need anything. One week later I hear a strange sound under my hood, come to find out it's smoking. I take it to another repair shop, and as I'm on my way there the engine light comes on, and by the time I leave the other repair shop my car won't even turn on. Come to find out, I have a coolant leak and need a new starter and thermostat. I call Kia to look into this, the assistant service manager calls me and basically says "Yea I talked to the technician and he said he did nothing wrong." Of course, the 6 year warranty of my 2021 vehicle is somehow expired already. The only star they get is for offering to tow my car back to them to investigate further, but at this point I already went a week without my car, so there's no point in me sending my car back to Kia just to pay even more for services that were caused by them. TLDR; Another business doesn't take accountability, and now I'm spending 2 grand on a car they had just inspected and told me was just fine.

Green Kia Service Center is Amazing! It was late in the afternoon and I was seven hours from home when I broke down and had to be towed into Green Kia. I called them in a panic, and Jessica calmed me down and got me scheduled for the first thing the next morning. My breakdown was caused by an unfortunate maintenance error at another Kia dealership. James at Green Kia looked over the car in detail and explained everything that he could do to fix it up so I could get home. He was patient with me as I asked questions and kind to me as he explained my options. He also went the extra mile in cleaning up my car so he could make sure it would be safe for me to drive home. Steve, the service manager, contacted the other Kia dealership and arranged for them to take care of my repair bill. Jessica took good care of me from the administrative side and even gave me a loaner car to go back and check out of my hotel, so I wouldn't have to spend money on an Uber. Everyone at the Green Kia Service Center demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, kindness, and customer service. These wonderful people turned my horrible experience into a wonderful experience. They are great representatives

I had a normal oil change done & for some reason when they checked my air filter they never put a part back on. It was straight chilling on my floor board & I didn't realize it til my kids got in. Not to mention the 1st visit they washed the car & vacuumed it. This round I didn't get a wash but they vacuumed THE FRONT SEATS ONLY.... how inconsistent....I didn't say anything however I've gotten several requests for a review well here ya go.
